The main tasks of the Research Ethics Department include administrative, organizational and financial support for the Bioethics Committee of the Jagiellonian University, the JUMC Research Ethics Committee, as well as support for the process of obtaining individual insurance policies for medical experiments conducted by JUMC employees.

Here each researcher will obtain the necessary information and assistance in submitting applications to both Committees, obtaining opinions on the feasibility of the project and other formal requirements necessary to conduct research.
