The tasks of the Medical College Project Management Center Office include management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting, recording and distributing correspondence to the appropriate employees or organisational units.

Planning and organizing meetings, including calendar management, maintaining and archiving the Center’s documentation, including: inventory books, RODO records regarding employee training and project powers of attorney, coordinating the Center’s online resources. Support for Center employees in administrative and organizational matters, preparing information and reports in the field of research and development activities of Medical College organizational units, including promotional purposes – in cooperation with the substantive Medical College units

monitoring and obtaining information about available grant competitions and research funding programs that may be suitable for Medical College researchers

Other tasks of the CM Project Management Office include supporting all activities related to the initiation and coordination of scientific cooperation between Medical College and foreign universities, preparation of contracts and international agreements, activities that contribute to strengthening the image of the JUMC in the world, representing the university at international congresses and cooperation with other UJ units in the field of internationalization and international cooperation of the university.
